John 14:6 “Jesus Christ is the way, truth and the life and no one comes to Father except through Him”. When you get to know Jesus and God the Father you get love, acceptance, significance and security, and then get to heaven but times will be hard also in this life as a Christian.
Are you in a tight situation and do not know what to do? Simple, just pray “Jesus please help me”. He is God and you will find He helps you. You have to mean the prayer with all your heart though. When your not in a tight situation, pray that you would remember to pray for help when things get tight again.
## attention ## :
If you do decide to become a Christian then only ever do it if you fully commit everything to Christ, get in a good loving, Bible based church and get good discipling and regular attendance. I say this as some people only go to church with their Sunday best and don’t fully commit – what happens then if you do your research in the book of Hebrews is that once you have tasted the gift of Christ you then fall away and can’t be brought back again – it becomes like Proverbs 4:18-19 which is dark 😦

John Piper’s sermons and teaching is very good. I recommend this. Piper helps us to have a big view of a big God and His sovereignty.
Quitting vape
This is a good secular book. Maybe the best to get off vape. We still dont know the full dangers of vape and anyway, there are many benefits to quitting.

My testimony
My testimony is a lot about the grace of God. The Gospel of Jesus Christ made me go from a wretch to a sinner saved by grace. My name is John and the name John means that God is gracious.
For Winter zombie head, humbug seasonal grumpiness and various other growlings, we would do well to put on that helmet of salvation that Ephesians 6 tells us of. The snarling then ends. Hope of our salvation in Jesus Christ thus heals a bunged up head. For the non-Christian amongst us I recommend tumeric but then I dont recommend being a non-Christian.
